Install it like an app
Installing is optional. It adds an icon and opens Where Went in its own window.
Android (Chrome)
- Open wherewent.com in Chrome.
- Tap the ⋮ menu, then Add to Home screen or Install app.
- Confirm with Install.
Android (Samsung Internet)
- Open wherewent.com.
- Open the menu, then Add page to → Home screen.
Windows 10 and 11 (Chrome or Edge)
- Open wherewent.com.
- Click the install icon at the right end of the address bar, or find Install in the browser menu.
- Where Went appears in the Start menu and can be pinned to the taskbar.
iPhone and iPad (Safari)
- Open wherewent.com in Safari.
- Tap Share, then Add to Home Screen.
Mac
- In Chrome or Edge, use the install icon in the address bar.
- In Safari, choose File → Add to Dock.
